Yes. Our storage units are rented month to month, so you can keep your unit for as long as you need without a long-term commitment. We also offer preferred rates for customers who choose quarterly, biannual or annual commitments.
Your monthly rent is due on the first of each month. Rentals that begin on a date other than the first will be prorated accordingly. Automatic payments are available to help ensure your account stays current.
You can view current availability, compare unit sizes and rates, and reserve a unit via our online portal. You can also reach out to our team for help choosing and securing the right unit.
Both our facility access and office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because our team also operates our portable storage service, office staffing may vary. Please call ahead to schedule a facility tour or in-person visit.
The LUXBOX facility is fully fenced, gated, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras that are both recorded and actively monitored. Each customer receives a unique gate code, and team members are regularly onsite to help maintain a secure environment.
Yes. Our drive-up storage units allow you to pull your vehicle directly up to your unit, making loading and unloading faster and more convenient.
No. Our units are not climate-controlled. We recommend taking extra precautions with items that may be sensitive to temperature or humidity changes.
Renting a unit is easy. Choose an available unit online, complete the rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID and payment method, and receive your personal gate code.
